Rosalee Benitez
Ms. Benitez has over 10 years of combined experience in the legal field. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science with a focus in paralegal studies where she was provided a foundation in procedural and substantive areas of the legal field which included legal research, writing, and analysis.
Prior to joining the Moore & Co. team in 2022, she excelled in commercial and residential real estate transactions, providing legal support to facilitate the transfer of real property. This invaluable experience provided Ms. Benitez the necessary skills to become part of the Moore & Co. transactional team.
In her role with Moore & Co., Ms. Benitez forms legal entities, and drafts corporate and legal documentation in connection with yacht transactions. She is also responsible for coordination, organization, and verification of all documentation necessary to complete closing transactions, as well as attending closings on behalf of our clients.
