Benjamin Chiriboga, Attorney
Benjamin Chiriboga is a 2009 graduate of the Widener University School of Law, where he was awarded distinction for outstanding Pro-Bono service. He interned at the Veterans Civil Law Clinic, a legal aid center specializing in appellate practice before the Washington-based Board of Veterans Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. At the VLC, Mr. Chiriboga provided pro-bono legal representation to disabled veterans and their survivors. He attended the Université de Genève Law Center in Geneva, Switzerland, where he studied International and Comparative Law and Human Rights Law.
Prior to joining Moore & Company, Mr. Chiriboga interned at the City Attorney’s Office in Miami, where he acquired experience in a myriad of practice areas, including civil rights, tort litigation, government contracting and procurement, land use, and labor and employment.
Mr. Chiriboga is an associate attorney at Moore & Co, primarily devoting his practice to litigation in the areas of Maritime and Aviation law.
Mr. Chiriboga is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish.
